Eligibility
● Offer is available to patients 18 years of age or older.
● All treatments are subject to medical evaluation and provider approval. Not all patients are
candidates for BBL or MOXI laser treatments.
● A consultation may be required prior to treatment.
Package Purchase & Redemption
● Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
● Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash or credit.
● Treatments included in the package may only be used by the original purchaser.
● All treatments included in the package must be redeemed within 18 months of the purchase date
unless otherwise required by applicable law.
● Appointments are subject to provider availability.
Treatment Plan Adjustments
Treatment recommendations may change based on your provider’s clinical assessment or changes in your
medical history, skin condition, treatment response, or aesthetic goals. If your provider determines that
BBL or MOXI is no longer the most appropriate treatment, the remaining package balance may be
applied toward another treatment or service offered at our practice, provided you are an appropriate
candidate. Any additional costs exceeding the remaining package balance will be the patient’s
responsibility.
Incomplete Package Use
If, for any reason, a patient is unable to complete their BBL or MOXI treatment package, the value of any
unused treatments may be applied as a non-refundable credit toward another treatment or service offered
at our practice. This credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and must be used within the original
18-month package redemption period.
Medical Eligibility
Our providers reserve the right to postpone, modify, or decline treatment if it is determined that the
procedure is not medically appropriate or safe. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in medical
history, medications, pregnancy, active skin conditions, recent sun exposure or tanning, or other
contraindications.
Cancellation Policy
Our standard cancellation and no-show policy applies to all package appointments. Missed appointments
or cancellations made outside the required notice period may result in forfeiture of that treatment session
in accordance with the practice’s scheduling policies.
Treatment Results
Individual results vary based on skin type, condition being treated, lifestyle, sun exposure, and adherence
to pre- and post-treatment instructions. While BBL and MOXI are effective treatments for a variety of
skin concerns, specific results cannot be guaranteed.
Exclusions
This promotion:
● Cannot be applied to previous purchases.
● Cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotional offers, or package pricing unless
otherwise stated.
● Has no cash value.
● Is not valid toward the purchase of skincare products, gift cards, or other retail merchandise.
● No price adjustments will be made on previous purchases.
● Package selections cannot be changed after purchase.
Clinical Photography
Clinical photographs may be taken before and after treatment for medical documentation and to evaluate
treatment progress. Separate written consent will be obtained before any photographs are used for
marketing, educational, or promotional purposes.
Modification & Termination
The practice reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior
notice. Purchases completed prior to any modification or termination will continue to be honored in
accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
General
By purchasing a promotional BBL or MOXI package, the purchaser acknowledges that they have read,
