Communications through our website or via email are not encrypted and are not necessarily secure. Use of the internet or email is for your convenience only, and by using them, you assume the risk of unauthorized use. You hereby agree to hold La Jolla Cosmetic Medical Spa and BEST SELF AESTHETICS™, its doctors and affiliates, harmless from any hacking or any other unauthorized use of your personal information by outside parties.

SMS Messaging Terms of Service

This service provides appointment reminders, treatment confirmations, post-care instructions, and promotional offers for aesthetic treatments to patients who have opted in to receive text messages from La Jolla Cosmetic Medical Spa and BEST SELF AESTHETICS™

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to (858) 290-7759. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected] or (858) 290-7759.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive approximately 10 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
