Haikel is the warm and welcoming face patients meet when they walk through the door—a dedicated Front Desk Coordinator with nearly three years of experience in the aesthetics industry. Beginning her career at the front desk of a medspa, she quickly expanded her skills to include medical assisting, eventually growing into the role of Lead Clinical Administrator. In that position, she thrived by coordinating trainings, supporting providers, and collaborating closely with medical directors.

Now back at the front desk, Haikel continues to combine her knowledge of clinical operations with her passion for excellent customer service—ensuring every patient’s experience is smooth, thoughtful, and elevated from the very first interaction.
